Order.reply of show cause notice received by incumbent and report of his PO it has come to the knowledge that he is habitual absentee and is unfiling worker. as the incumbent has given assurance that in future he shall remain careful in future, therefore, looking to the future of family of incument with dependent upon him leinent view is taken for this time and absent prayer of incumbent for 27 days treated as EL with waring to remain careful in future. |

The leveled illegations are of serious nature and are not tolerable which with the Discipline of Misconduct as enviseged in Efficiency & Disciplinary Rules 1973, Le issue show cause notice against both officils. Ghulam Abbas Qureshi Jr.Clerk and Ehsan Ali Shah Driver, are placed under suspension till further orders. They are entitled for salary benefits during suspension period as per rule. Both the officials are directed to remain present on their existing place of posting for daily attendance. |

Enquiry Report against Ehsan Ali Shah received from Hon'ble Ist AJD Kandhkot |

Order perused the enquiry report in which Ld.Enquiry Officer recommended that minor penlity upon both Officials. Today i.e 16-11-2021 both officials accused Ghulam Abbas Qureshi Jr.Clerk and Ehsan Ali shah Driver appear on notice and admitted the gilt. I deem it proper to take lenient view and the minor penlity censure in imposed upon both the Officials. Such Penlity not be placed in their service book with Red Ink. Further it is ordered that both officials are reinstated in their respective services on original posting. |
